Maison Losange is in the village Sommant and in the middle of a regional nature park, the Morvan. Our fermette is from 19th century and a peace of Vareilles. The rooms open onto the private terras. The surroundings are many sided and we like to help you take off when exploring the region. Enjoy and discover the perfect spot for a relaxed, sportive or ‘gourmand’ holiday in Burgundy.

Maison 'Losange' avails of one luxurious suite and is situated in the former house of the gardener from domaine 'Vareilles'. Completely renovated and restored by here new owners Hans and Joke Fisscher, in characteristic France style with all modern comfort. The suite offers you, bathroom, and 1 living room (downstairs) and 1 bedroom. The bedroom is upstairs and the bathroom and toilet downstairs. This guarantees your privacy. The terrace offers a breathtaking panoramic view on the Roman town of Autun.

Maison Losange is situated in the heart of Burgundy, you can explore the region and visit it's famous sites as the winedistrict of Beaune, Dijon, the pilgrimage town of Vézelay, historic Autun or gastronomic Saulieu.

You can enjoy hiking and biking walking and fisching, we can also put you on the right track. We have several paths and routes ready for you and can rent you a bike and a guid when needed. From the suite you walk straight into the woods and hills of the Morvan.
